Thank you for visiting my CHIRP Radio Fall Fundraising page! CHIRP Radio is a volunteer-driven community radio station. We play local and independent music, and are live online from 6am to midnight from our North Center studio, soon to also be broadcasting at 107.1FM on your local radio dial! CHIRP even went to Washington D.C. to lobby in support of the Low Power FM Radio Act! CHIRP is a non-profit organization funded primarily through individual donations by passionate music fans like you, special event revenues, and grant support.

I've been a member of CHIRP since January 2014 and have had my own show since July 2014. You can check it out on Sunday mornings from 9am to 12noon. I just love music (always have) and enjoy exploring music and sharing stuff I love with listeners. I'm also the station's script manager which means I write most of the live read and recorded promos you hear promoting local events and shows. And remember, we're all volunteers.  We pay dues to be here because we love it!

CHIRP also offers lots of talk programming with podcasts.  We have podcasts about local Chicago volunteers, our Person of Interest and The First Time series, as well as comedy, visual and performing arts pieces.

Help me support CHIRP Radio this fall as we launch our radio broadcast at 107.1FM here in Chicago!  And as always, we can be heard online and via our mobile apps so you can listen to CHIRP wherever, whenever.  A contribution of any amount is appreciated and encouraged.  You have until Friday September 25th at 6:00pm to give during our Fall Campaign and my goal (although I'll gladly go over it if possible!) is $300.
