Greetings Everyone!
Welcome to my Fall 2018 fundraising page. It has been a pleasure and a thrill to hang with you every Friday afternoon, spinning tunes on the Friday Afternoon Happy Hour. But I'm just one of about 200 volunteers that keep CHIRP Radio rolling. We all take part in running the station, whether we're on the air or behind the scenes, hunting down new releases to play on the air, promoting the station at festivals and concerts, or working to make sure the station stays on the air.
We are a vibrant part of Chicago's music community, featuring local artists throughout the day. We partner with other non-profits to raise awareness and help them get the word out about their causes and fundraising events. We promote and sponsor great events like CHIRP Factory Sessions, Classic Album Sunday, The First Time literary event, and CHIRP Book Club.
But even with the dedication and time given by our volunteers, we still wouldn't be CHIRP without you and your generous support. You donations pay the electric bill, the rent, the streaming costs, and other incidentals that keep the station on the air. It is the life-blood of CHIRP. Without it, we wouldn't be here. So please consider a tax deductible donation at any amount to CHIRP. If you can give $60 and up, there's some great thank you gifts. They are shown below:

It's hard to believe it's been over six years since I got behind the mic for the first time since college. It's been great fun and I am humbled by the generousity shown by my friends and listeners during these drives. May I count on you again this time around?
