Hi, everyone!

It's nearly been a year since CHIRP began terrestrial broadcasting at 107.1 FM and it seems like a lifetime ago. Flipping the switch was the culmination of more than a decade of fundraising and hard work on the part of hundreds of people that believed in our mission: a radio station built by, and for, the community. While we successfully accomplished the very important goal of broacasting on the FM dial, the next phase of our work is just beginning.

Leadership is just putting a bow on a 3-year strategic plan to help CHIRP continue to build on its foundation, and to become a self-sustaining organization that will transcend the experience of just the people who have seen it into existence—the listeners, the volunteers, and the donors; you—and grow the CHIRP experience to a wider audience and to new generations.
