It’s CHIRP Radio’s fundraiser, and I’m here to ask for your support! You know that the Chicago Independent Radio Project (CHIRP) is a volunteer-driven, listener-funded, commercial-free station, and we rely on friends and listeners to keep us on the air. I've been a DJ here since 2019, and it's my favorite time of the week. I get to share music I love and serve the Chicagoland-and-beyond community. Annnnd, we're commercial free! We rely on the generosity of friends, family, and listeners to do what we do!
My personal fundraising goal is now $700. CHIRP relies on direct donations and (usually) special events revenue for the majority of our budget, and I'm trying to do my part.
