You know my dog Dexter and I are big supporters of CHIRP Radio, The Chicago Independent Radio Project, and if you are a regular "Friday Spin" listener (Fridays noon-3 pm), we need your help to raise money for my favorite radio station.

• Did you know that CHIRP played music from more than 1,800 different local artists in 2023?
• Did you know that, in addition to the 6,700 hours of live on-air programming we produce each year, CHIRP also hosts more than 40 different live events (all done by unpaid volunteers)?
• Did you know that our music library contains more than 250,000 songs?

I have been a donor since 2011 and a volunteer since 2014. CHIRP is my favorite charity and I am proud to support the station as both a donor and unpaid volunteer.

This is a critical year for the station, We are building a new studio with updated equipment, and expanding our space. We have set an ambitious goal of raising $50,000 during our Spring Drive, and my goal is to raise $1,071 (to honor our frequency of 107.1 FM in Chicago). Because this campaign is important to me, I will match every donation made on this page dollar for dollar up to $500 total.
