They play a wide mix of local (Chicago), independent, lesser-heard, and just generally good music from a variety of genres and eras. Jimmy was the one who started us listening to CHIRP after we were introduced to them at Pitchfork Music Festival. The station has brought the kitties and me a lot of comfort while Jimmy listens with us in spirit ❤️
