Taste that? That's music that's lip-smacking good. Okay, that maybe doesn't even make sense. But it's good (the music, that is) So much so that Larry likes it (that's him in the pic and, yes, he's a very good boy). I'm his human and I'm a DJ at CHIRP Radio. We're a non-commercial radio station in Chicago. What does that mean? Literally that we play no commericals. None. Cero. Sifir. Nada. So instead of maybe a dozen songs and 20 minutes of commercials every hour, you get wall-to-wall music all hour every hour without the psychic cost of being bombarded by the latest crazy deals out on the Motor Mile or whatever. You're not even in the market for a new car, huh? But that means we're also dependent on listeners to help us float the costs of operations. We pay rent and utilites, run a transmitter, cover the cost of my personal butler*, etc. Every little bit helps. Big bits help even more. So pony up some dough and we'll keep delivering the delicious tunes.
